Subject: Review of Donna the Buffalo on 5-21-2011
Since the Vest Brothers got into the venue very early to set up cameras and audio for

a webcast we were able to record the sound check which turned out to be a long one as this was

the first time this drummer ( not sure of his name) was to ever play with Donna the Buffalo so

Jeb spent a lot of time with him getting him used to some of dtb's songs. there is a couple of

good jams on this sound check.

Since the last time that I heard "No Reason Why" I noticed that there are some lyrics

added that I can't make out but it is interesting to see how that song is progressing.

I always like Jeb's observation of things as he does talking about the signs at Club

Infinity.

I like the "Space" music that they play for the first 40 seconds of Conscious

Evolution and some of the feedback Jeb gets into during this song as well.

This show was on 5-21-11 the Judgement day and Jeb alludes to it during the show and

the house music just prior to the bands entrance is the Blondie tune "Rapture". I'm glad it

wasn't Judgement Day so we got to hear a great Donna the Buffalo show.

They also played one my all time favorites "Hit the Groove" and also a fairly rare

"West Virginia Rastafari".
